The history of this white wine from the Saint-Chinian AOP begins with the acquisition of a fragile and frail Roussane plot surrounded by cistus and broom.
Assembled with Grenache Blanc, Carignan blanc and Vermentino grapes, old grapes on the estate, this cuvee from Clos Bagatelle offers a delicate, refined nose that evokes notes of honey and apple. The palate is rich, sweet and delicate, balanced by a beautiful mineral tension. An exceptional terroir that expresses itself in this white wine of our appellation.
Clos Bagatelle Blanc is a wine to keep for 3 years in the cellar. To drink all the same on his youth to take full advantage of his aromatic palette.
