For this blend, mostly carignan blanc, an "old" varietal from Languedoc, we experimented with winemaking and maturing for 6 months, in a 500 liter stoneware jar. This original vinification allowed to exalt the expression of the typicality, the freshness, the minerality, and the round and silky texture which coats the beautiful liveliness of this wine.
