Atypical domain nestled on terraces of shale and sandstone of the primary era that culminate at nearly 200 meters above sea level on the border between the terroir of the appellation Saint-Chinian and that of Faugères. Domaine Belles Curves, in the Biterrois hinterland, is located on the foothills of the Cevennes and the Montagne Noire.

The vineyards of the estate, 50 years old, are planted in curves on three different hills and on several levels. It is this characteristic that has simply given its name to the field. The implantation of these vines in the form of several levels and several levels, allow them to obtain an exposure on all the cardinal axes with a maximum southern orientation.
These low-yielding vines, harvested by hand, give concentrated wines and spices. The typicality of the establishment of the vineyards of the estate gives the red wines power and elegance, as well as the finesse and complexity of the rosé wines.

The abandonment of weed killers and synthetic insecticides combined with the conservation of shrublands and bushy slopes between the vines favors the balance of fauna and flora throughout the estate. This actionallows to work the traditional grape varieties of the appellation Saint-Chinian in fight reasoned, and thus limit the treatments in the vines.
