This cuvée is composed of grape varieties: syrah, carignan, mourvèdre and grenache. Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache are destemmed and vinified at controlled temperature to promote aromatic expression.
The syrah provides power, aromas of blackcurrant, plum, pink, violet. On the palate the tannins are fleshy, we find spicy notes of ginger and pepper
We offer this cuvée on a roasted guinea fowl, capon with chestnuts, cassoulet, charcuterie, stuffed vegetables, pot au feu, curry, cheeses.
